As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Manual Tester to join our growing engineering team. We hire people who are passionate about solving real-world problems in an exciting, dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment.

This role sits across our delivery teams ensuring we release quality features and changes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA/Testing of large-scale applications. You must be able to work successfully across Test, Development, Deployment, and Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and writing test cases and will be expected to contribute to the overall test strategy, execution, and QA procedures.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
  • Take part in daily stand ups
  • Go through project boards to evaluate the work to be done
  • Pick up tickets for test execution
  • Analyse requirements/features to test
  • Execute testing on multiple projects/products
  • Discuss test requirements with product, UX and development teams
  • Manage test environment and test data
  • Evaluate where and how to increase/improve test coverage
  • Assist product teams with Acceptance tasks
  • Take part in features design/requirements discussions
  • Help product and development teams define and structure feature's scope and it's tasks
  • Discuss and improve QA procedures/strategies with all parts


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Strong background in and experience in QA/Testing (2 years desirable)
  • Experience writing tests for Salesforce applications (desirable)
  • Working experience with bug tracking and management tools (desirable)
  • Ability to learn and understand new features, and work with business analysts and product managers to understand new requirements
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Possess a high degree of self-motivation, integrity, and commitment
  • Experience working within an agile environment
  • Comfortable switching between multiple project context


Desired qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and maths)
