An excellent apprenticeship opportunity has arisen with Wolverhampton Special Care Dental Services based within The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.

This is a great prospect for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated individual wishing to pursue a career within healthcare, allowing an apprentice dental nurse to gain valuable training and clinical experiences. Our service provides dental care for patients with additional needs; therefore good communication skills coupled with empathy for our patient group are essential.

The role of the Dental Nurse is an essential role and plays a vital role in the delivery of dental service; this vacancy will appeal to an individual who has a genuine interest in working within dentistry providing care to our patient groups and to develop the skills required by working alongside our friendly, knowledgeable and supportive dental team.

The successful applicant will be required work alongside our existing clinical staff providing dental nursing support across our 3 sites, mobile dental unit, GA sessions and cover Oral Surgery sessions at New Cross as requested.
