Duties to include:
- Operate editorial updates, fully understand the objectives of the changes and monitor quality for each targeted hardware or customer group
- Monitor and measure support interactions to improve the customer experience
- Measure customer satisfaction & report feedback on product quality to support our Engagement and Content teams
- Keep our product support fresh within our Support ecosystem, updating various self-care touchpoints regularly (websites, Zendesk, Mobile apps, etc)
- Suggest process evolutions to ensure SLA in Support and Operations with our B2B partners and D2C customers
Requirements and prospects

- Strong attention to detail and diligence on tasks
- Good knowledge of data analysis - charts, pivot tables, statistics
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics (certification)
- Interest and knowledge of UK TV entertainment industry
- Interest and knowledge in Product & Apps design
- Good to have: Customer Service/Support experience, knowledge of Jira, Zendesk or other support/ticketing tools
