Duties will include:
  • Ensuring the due performance of the Group's IT assets including the network system, servers, telephone and security systems
  • Inducting and assisting in setting up of new IT equipment and systems including software for current and new users
  • Providing IT technical support for all staff
  • Carrying out ad-hoc duties related to current and future IT requirements as necessary
  • Installing software and hardware systems, including new equipment, anti-virus programs, ERP/CRM programs and other IT-related tools
  • Troubleshooting functions including scheduled and random checks of IT systems
  • Help develop and monitor the effective functioning and performance of the Group's website and social media platforms


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of networking (WiFi and Ethernet), Network Access Storage, Cloud Storage and Security Systems
  • Experience in specifying, configuring and troubleshooting user and customer issues in a changing user environment
  • Experience with the use and applications of software tools such as Office 365

Desired qualifications

Ideally employed in a relevant position or hold a level 3 an apprenticeship.

Future prospects

Development within the company upon completing of the Apprenticeship.
