The Department

The Resourcing team at {my}dentist is one of the largest internal recruitment teams in the North West and the Clinical Resourcing Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients have access to the best clinical care. The amount of patient care that we deliver is only hindered by the amount of high quality and passionate clinicians we have working with us.

The Role

The purpose of this role within the team is to support the coordination and administration of Resourcing activity and to support the Clinical Resourcing Specialist team in the cultivation and engagement of candidates and prospects. Ensuring that all candidates have an excellent experience as they join the resourcing process and contributing to the overall success of the Clinical Resourcing Team.

The Duties

* Identifying prospective candidates for Clinical roles nationwide

* Utilising of Linked in & all UK Job boards using Boolean searches

* Registering Clinicians onto the mydentist recruitment ATS and providing a great candidate experience at all appropriate points in the candidate journey

* Ability to navigate and utilise the CRM & ATS system

* Talent Mapping for clinicians across the UK and analysing competitors in the industry

* Contacting candidates who have registered an interest in mydentist Events to improve pre and post event engagement

* Talking candidates through the compliance process and documentation required ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements, including Right to Work and other relevant evidence as required as part of pre-offer process

Anything else I should know?

The role will have the flexibility for you to work from home 3 days week and 2 days based within our Support Centre in Greater Manchester.

Salary: GBP18-20k DOE
