We are looking for someone to promote our client's qualifications (HCBF and DAPCM) and recruit prospective learners to programmes of study that match their needs and meet agreed targets. The role will involve following up leads, talking to prospective learners to discuss their learning requirements and funding options, facilitating applications through one to one conversation, pro-actively identifying opportunities to recruit new learners.

Key Responsibilities include:
- To advise on entry requirements, fees, course structure and enrolment procedures and information about funding opportunities
- To achieve revenue targets and learner satisfaction
- To convert contacts and conversations with prospective learners to sales whenever possible
- To maintain regular contact with learners (existing and prospective) through calls and emails in order to identify opportunities to recruit learners now or in the future
- To record details of all potential leads in the CRM and manage data accordingly
- To keep up to date with challenges facing Academy learners and potential clients
- Attend internal and external meetings and conferences for networking purposes, to promote Academy products and services and to identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of new and existing Academy products, services and markets
- To keep up to date with any changes to qualifications that the Academy deliver
- To undertake any other duties effectively as required
Person Specification:
- Previous experience selling several solutions and recommending the most appropriate ones to customers through a consultative sales approach
- Experience of developing and maintaining networks and positive business relationships
Abilities/skills/knowledge:
- Excellent proven organisational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Forward looking, quick thinker
- Proven ability to work on own initiative
- Working knowledge and experience in using word processing, database software and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of the internet and social networking e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter
- Ability to work in a small team and a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a budget
