Docton Solutions is a specialist Building Materials and Offsite recruitment company, providing permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to Manufacturers and Distributors throughout the United Kingdom.
Established in 2019 we are now looking to employ a business administration apprentice to facilitate company growth.
We aim to offer our clients outstanding service and be the number 1 recruitment company for the industries we service.
Package and Opportunities
GBP5.00 + 10% Bonus + 25 Days Annual Leave + Pension
12 Months completion of Recruitment Resourcer Level 2
Following the successful completion of Level 2, A recruitment apprencite will have the option to progress on to level 3 recruitment consultant
This opportunity will present opportunities for career progression as the company grows and successful candidates will have genuine input in helping the business achieve its goals.
Role Function - A recruitment apprentice will carry out the following functions
* Candidate Calls
* Sourcing candidates
* Writing job adverts
* Shortlisting candidates
* Organising candidate video introductions and formatting candidate packs
* Resourcing
* Organising diary
* Implementation of internal systems
* CRM system maintenance
* Telephone call handling
* Outbound emails
* Dealing with inbound leads - both client and candidate
* Candidate registrations
* Representing the company at industry and networking events
* Email marketing campaigns for clients and candidates
* Print marketing campaigns for clients
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for somebody who wants to develop and progress with a long-term career. The ideal candidate will possess, or show potential to possess the following skills:
* Ambition
* Work hard and able to cope with pressure
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Absorb information and thirst for knowledge
* Organised
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of customer service
* Understanding of Microsoft Office, CRM systems and Social Media
* Confident and able to build report with colleagues, suppliers, clients and candidates
Hours
40 hours per week 08:00 - 16:30
