What do consumers really want from their products and services? And how can we make sure we're meeting that need? Join our Consumer division, as an Associate Product Manager, and you'll learn what it takes to answer to these two critical questions effectively. The role exposes you to lots of different areas, including product strategy and product development. Plus you'll have the opportunity to work on different kinds of products across connectivity, fixed line voice, mobile and TV.

Collaborative team players with great communication skills and the ability to take a structured, organised approach. You'll be working on lots of different projects at once, so multitasking skills are important. You'll also need to be flexible about how and where you work (which could potentially include working at home). Other things we're looking for are great relationship-building skills and ideally some experience of using PowerPoint and Excel.

- Advise on which products and services we should launch and when
- Plan tests or trial of new services
- Work with technical teams to make changes to existing products and services
