Things to consider
- The role will involve working with team members to support clients as they implement Vantage products using agreed processes so that clients feel supported by Vantage
- Providing telephone, email and virtual meeting support to Vantage clients
- Assisting with release testing as required
- Maintaining records of support requests and issues identified by clients using internal processes
- The successful individual will at all times provide and maintain internal support services as required
Product Enhancement:
- Provide feedback from customers and participate in the definition and development of product enhancements and their incorporation into the product development road map
- Provide feedback to Product Technical Leads on work priorities based on customer feedback
- Knowledge and know how gained should be shared and documented in training and support material; input into product development and support processes; shared with colleagues
- Assisting with the testing of new releases and bug fixes
System Configuration:
- Assist with live configuration of customers systems to enable customers to gain early benefits from knowledge and expertise vested in Vantage
Liaise with Vantage Customer Training and Implementation Manager as required to add/edit:
- Drop down lists, including locations, category types etc.
- Users and management structure
- Coordinating technical requirements with Vantage Technical team
- Set up of test and or live site to agreed company time line and advise customer and VAM
- Schedule customer training requirements (and deliver if required)
- Provide manual documents as required
Customer Support:
- Assisting customers with first line support
- Providing assistance to users on the phone, via Teams or Zoom
Internal:
- Maintain company systems and customer databases
- Promote Vantage and its products in a positive way at all time

- 112 UCAS points from A-Levels or Level 3 BTEC (including IT or Computer Science) or completion of a Level 3 IT apprenticeship
