Supporting the customer service function, you will work closely with customers to develop strong relationships and maintain excellent service levels.
You will learn:
- Reporting on customer activity
- Arranging monitoring meetings with customers
- Dealing with customers as first point of contact and assigning enquiries to team members where appropriate
- Work with customers and make plans to meet future requirements
- Talk to and advise customers about the products
- Proactively engaging customers to maintain contact and level of service
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Work with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs
