We are looking for a human resource Assistant to ensure a safe and thriving environment for all employees, help the charity comply with employment law, facilitate positive employee relation through development of employee management strategies, resolve workplace disputes, be involved in training and development of adequate induction to raise up the profile of the charity services.

Duties:
  • Use a word processing packages such as Microsoft word.
  • Word letters
  • Deal with staffing, development compensation, health and safety, and employee and labour relations enquiries using an email system
  • Conduct a wide variety of activities such training HR compliance
  • Human Resource Assistant are responsible to assist the manager with the management for day-to-day organisation by creating implement and supervise policies/ regulations which are mandatary for every employee and also have knowledge of its appropriate functioning. Monitoring attendance and tracking leaves forms, salaries/ working hours
  • Starting Salaries: 17.52 pound per hour, 5 days a week / 2 days for the course flexible working hours
  • We have zoom conference available to work out of hours is often required to attend evening or weekend events. Time off offered

What to expect

Human Resource Assistant can work from home due to the COVID19 We expect you to be out for our meeting supporters for significant portion of your time.

Qualification

Human Resources Assistant is open to all any qualification or experience in marketing, media or charity may also be helpful but no necessary.
