This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in a career in software development to join a rapidly expanding company developing new and exciting products into the education market globally. Your duties will include:
  • Working as part of the global development team to developour award winning platform
  • Takedirection from the senior management team including the Head of Development in Australia.
  • Respondto technical requests from our customers in Europe and India
  • Provide second level support and assisting with setup and configuration.

Desired skills

It would be beneficial if you have some skills or experience in the following or a genuine desire to become highly skilled in:
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Typescript
  • NodeJS
  • Linux
  • Front-end development, and UX design
  • Testing / QA
  • Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills


Personal qualities

  • Proven interest in software development and coding
  • Enjoy working in a team and problem solving
  • Able to take ownership of work
  • Good time management


Desired qualifications

7 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 or A-C including Maths and English Language (Essential).

3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grades A*-C in any subject but preferably one in a numerical or computing subject (e.g. maths, Science, Computer Science etc.)

Applications will also be considered from graduates with non-computer science degrees looking for an apprenticeship route to a development career.

Future prospects

COVID-19 considerations:

All meetings, including interview are done remotely and the successful candidate willwork fromhome with occasional travel to the office as required.
