The project
The Q6 Delivery Integrator Programme is Heathrow Airport's Capex Governance Framework for a series of business cases involving new build and improvements to Aprons, tunnels, runways etc. It is essential to improving a range of sub-capital programmes such as Airport Resilience, Passenger Experience, Baggage and Asset Management. Ferrovial are one of a select group of DI partners taking responsibility for separate projects under this framework.
Past and current projects carried out by Ferrovial within this framework include the Kilo Apron Development, Kilo Substructure, T3 Energy & Utilities Management, Alpha South Taxiway, Grass Areas 13-13c, NPR Lighting, and Forecourt Access Charging to name a few. These projects are all carried out with adherence to Heathrow's requirements in regard to sustainability, supply chain management, security, materials approval, industrial relations and the like.

Key accountabilities
- Processing payments to subcontractors in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring that targets and deadlines are being met
- Ensuring that all records have the correct authorisations and relevant coding specifications
- Supporting the Commercial team when pricing variations for the Employer
- Providing commercial support to the delivery team
- Generating Excel reports for internal purposes and Payment Applications to the Client
- Monthly records are to be checked on a regular basis and reconciled where necessary
- To promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts
- Contribute to the achievement of Health and Safety in accordance with company policy

- A Level BBBor;
- BTEC National Diploma DDMor;
- Access to HE qualifications with 24 Distinctions 21 Meritsor;
- Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 128 UCAS points
- Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A*-C(reformed GCSEs level4 or above) including Maths and English or equivalent
Advanced entry
For those holding a Level 4 qualification with specific grades, it may be possible to enter onto Level 5 of the course and 'top up' your existing qualification to a full degree:
- BTEC HNC/HND in a Quantity Surveying/Building related subject
- Foundation Degree (FdSc) in Quantity Surveying/Building related subject
- Construction Surveying Technician Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship or;
- Cognate Level 4 qualification in Construction and Built Environment
