• Keeping a safe and hygienic working environment
• Working as part of a hospitality team
• Maintaining food safety when storing, holding and serving food
• Give customers a positive impression of self and your organisation.

Qualifications

GCSE Maths & English grade D or equivalent desirable however training in Application of Number and Communication provided (gaining a level 1 / equivalent is a mandatory aspect of the course).
