We are looking for a motivated Accout Manager Apprentice to complete a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with a Southampton based communications business.

To support business growth, our client have an immediate requirement for an Account Manager Apprentice who will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters relating to your accounts. The job will require you to build strong, long-lasting relationships with your customers and will also entail liaising with losing providers to negotiate customer terminations. Adding to this, there will also be an element of administration tasks. You will be working closely with various departments which is why having a full understanding of the product, and how the product and service is delivered to the customer, is important.

Accout Manager Apprentice duties to include the following:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
Fault diagnosis and contacting the relevant teams to resolve
Handling billing enquiries
Prepare reports on account status
Liaising with losing providers to negotiate customer terminations
Administrative duties including filing paperwork for lease documents and updating the CRMThroughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.

You will work towards the following qualifications:

Business Administrator Level 3Qualifications Required:

GCSE Maths grades A* - C or 4 - 9 or Functional Skills Level 2
GCSE English grades A* - C or 4 - 9 or Functional Skills Level 2To be considered for the Accout Manager Apprentice role, you will need to have the following skills:

Ability to work well under pressure
Affinity for technology and innovation; a natural interest for the latest technology and being part of the startup culture
Excellent communication and management skillsDesirable Skills

Telecommunications experience preferred but not required
