Our Client is looking for an Apprentice Personal Assistant (PA) to join their friendly and professional team.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:
- Telephone answering (answering calls virtually on behalf of other companies)
- Diary management
- Qualifying leads (training will be provided)
- Customer Service
- Working with a very large client dealing with property enquiries
Support and Training will be provided throughout.
The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, with potential progression onto Level 3 upon completion. There is an excellent opportunity to gain a full-time role if the apprentice is willing to work hard for their achievements. Requirements and prospects Desired skills
- Able to juggle more than one task at a time
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Good vocabulary
- Good use of the English Language
- Basic computer skills
- Upbeat positive attitude
GCSE Grades 4/C and above in maths and English (or the equivalent) is desirable.
The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, with potential progression onto Level 3 upon completion. There is an excellent opportunity to gain a full-time role if the apprentice is willing to work hard for their achievements.
