Vacancy description

This role is to join the Operational team, supplying labour to approx. 50 local businesses in the logistics/production/manufacturing sectors. This role will involves talking to candidates and clients, both on the phone and face to face.

Training will be provided on advertising and registering candidates in line with company standards. The suitable candidates will be offered temporary assignments with our customers.

There will be a strong element of administering data for wages completion, including data inputting candidate details on to our IT platform, planning workers against the correct role/pay rate and creating/sending timesheets to our customers to gain accurate values.

As this role involves travelling around the local area, access to a vehicle is essential.

Key Duties will include:

  • Visiting customer premises to understand their requirements
  • Advertising roles using internet job boards
  • Answering incoming calls from candidates and workers
  • Screening candidates against our live requirements
  • Booking candidates on to start dates with our customers
  • Meeting new starters at customers premises on Day 1 of assignment
  • Accurate transacting of timesheet and wages information
  • Managing client accounts
  • Delivering a high level of customer service

  • Functional Skills maths and English training, if applicable
  • In house training from the employer
