About the apprenticeship
Duties
* General office duties including filing, photocopying, document scanning, meeting organising and meeting minute taking.
* Daily use of Microsoft outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and occasionally PowerPoint.
* Data entry into HR and Payroll systems to include setting up and maintaining employee records.
* Providing administrative support to the HR team
* Recording and monitoring of absence records, with a particular focus on becoming familiar with the calculation and understanding of Statutory Sick Pay and Occupational Sick Pay.
* Also successful candidate to have an interest in learning more about the workings of payroll to understand tax codes, National Insurance, student loans and furthermore to understand the purpose of tax forms including P45, P60, P11D.
* Full training would be provided

The level of the Apprenticeship can be offered at Apprenticeship level 3 depending on the previous achievements and experience of the applicant
