Quality Improvement Manager - within the Apprenticeship Programme

The third largest provider of specialist Services and one of the largest employer provider of apprenticeship programmes in the NHS, MFT is a forward thinking Academic Science Centre at the heart of Health Innovation and to replicate our status, we're excited to be recruiting a Quality Improvement Manager within the Apprenticeship Team. This role will support the continuous implementation of high quality internal Apprenticeship programmes, whilst guiding the Workforce and OD department in delivering high quality apprenticeship education, training and development Programmes for all relevant staff groups.

As the Quality Improvement manager you will be a natural leader and act as a role model to ensure the delivery of education and training to support evidenced based care across the workforce teams is second to none. Both motivated and compassionate, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of standards within the apprenticeship team. You will champion excellent teaching and learning as well as ensuring that the delivery is compliant with the academic and vocational standards prescribed by the awarding bodies/ supporting Ofsted and all other external inspections.

In addition, you'll bring your amazing project management skills and an ability to think conceptually and 'outside the box' challenging 'what' we do and 'why'. With skillful tact and diplomacy, you'll be confident in positively challenging colleagues and will use an enthused yet meticulous style to deliver a challenging agenda.
