IT qualification [level 3] with an element of coding or an A level in Computing or maths or equivalent

A job following the apprenticeship as a Software Developer is open to the right candidate.
- To learn and work with the development of commercial software
- To improve your knowledge and skills of coding with C# and/or Python
- To learn and work with the software team and contribute to different software development stage, including requirement analysis, concept design, coding, testing, bug fixing, and technical support
- To learn and work generating clear and concise documents at different stages of software development
- To test the software functions with hardware. During this task, the candidate will be expected to obtain knowledge of robot operation, WAAM deposition, sensors for WAAM monitoring and control
- To assist the AM operator / AM engineer with technical support of using the software
WAAM3D would also like the ideal candidate to be able to:
- Assist with software testing activity
- Assist with system testing activity with both software and hardware
- Assist with the development of software/hardware interface
- Assist with other software development activities
- Recommend improvements actively
- Collaborate in training
- Keep security and maintain confidentiality
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
