Get stuck in from the start:
As part of one of our office-based engineering teams, you'll learn how to design, plan and implement network connections for our business customers. It's a job that involves lots of communication and teamwork - especially when it comes to guiding engineers out in the field through onsite installations. You'll also have plenty of problem-solving to do, as you configure services, deliver installations and resolve queries from customers and colleagues.

Over the course of the scheme, you'll get to know how a network works while building the skills you need to become a provisioning engineer. This includes learning how to:

- Update and configure services on planning databases
- Use vendor back office systems such as IPSA and SAM for Cisco
- Install and implement equipment for standard solutions
