What will the apprentice be doing?
As a Regional Manager Apprentice, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of assigned departments (e.g. housekeeping, kitchens, health clubs) within hotels in a designated area, ensuring the provision of efficient and effective housekeeping services to all clients and leading, coaching and training the onsite teams while meeting objectives set by management.
As you will be looking after seven hotels in the Manchester area you will be working across several hotel locations day today
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
To support your development within this role you will undertake your Hospitality Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship and will meet with your tutor and mentor every 4 to six weeks at the agreed hotel location for that training.
You will also undertake some off the job training with other departments within the company at our HQ in London, that will help give you the knowledge, skills and behaviours that you need to be successful in achieving a distention for your apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once you have completed your Hospitality Manager Level 4, you will progress on to our Level 5 Operational Departmental Management apprenticeship. This will help you to naturally grow within the business to either a Regional Director of Operations or towards Head Office Head of Department role.

You will be expected to be hands-on when required, and willing to learn new skills even if this means doing our back to the basics training course. Full Training will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.
