Healthshare provides diagnostic imaging for the NHS and private sector in many areas of the UK, including to 24 prisons.We deliver services locally, within GP practices, dedicated diagnostic centres, and through mobile facilities to ensure access for all.

Join us as a X-Ray Radiographer at our Mobile X-Ray Service, Nationwide serivce based in UK Prisons

Salary - £24 per hour,

Working closely & supporting the Clinical Lead Radiographer to deliver efficient X-Ray services at our prison sites, ensuring an exemplary levels of service is upheld for patients, referrer's and clinical team.

In this varied Radiographer role you will have to demonstrate your highest level of patient care as well as providing comprehensive and effective high quality X-Ray service for private and NHS clients. Ensuring that all X-Ray referrals are evaluated and prioritised according to Healthshare Diagnostics clinical protocols and clinical information. This includes making sure medical exposures are carried out in accordance with Healthshare Diagnostics Radiation Safety (Medical Exposure) Policy and to act as a Practitioner, carrying out justification of exposures where required

For this position you should hold a: BSc in Diagnostics Radiographer or equivalent, HCPC registered & prior experience post registration.

The ideal candidate is required to have the ability to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skill. This role will require you to be Flexible in approach to work and have availability to work and able to cover shifts at short notice
