About the apprenticeship
Duties
· As part of the UK Sales Delivery team, you will be based & work from the Wittur Limited Head Office in Mold with a focus on managing Wittur internal orders;
o Monitoring order progress
o Liaise with internal teams and customers (email / phone)
o Purchasing and cost analysis
· To become conversant and competent with the current IT platforms including the CRM and ERP systems.
· Assist with Logistics and setting up specialist deliveries.
· Help in maintaining regular reporting on agreed KPI's relating to Order deliveries.
· Assist with finance department for invoice checks.
· You will work within the companies procedures at all times.
The above is representative of your main duties it is not exhaustive; you will be expected to co-operate with any reasonable request from the company to support its business activities.

· 40 hour working week 8:30-17:00 Mon-Fri
· 33 Days paid annual leave including statutory holidays
· Contributory pension scheme after qualifying period
· £15,000 annual salary paid monthly
· Additional benefits available after probationary period

Skills
· You will be a motivated individual with excellent time management and a confident member of a team able to assist and communicate with staff at all levels.
· Able to use own initiative when working alone and within office based teams.
· You will be punctual, reliable and possess good written and mathematical skills.
· Excellent verbal communication skills; phone and one to one interaction.
· Having excellent IT skills with focus on Microsoft Office applications you will be looking for a career with excellent progression opportunities within an International company.
· Previous experience in the field is not necessary as full training will be given.
Qualifications
Minimum GCSE English and Maths Grade C and above or equivalent A ‘levels.
