Do you have a particular interest in working with young people experiencing mental health or emotional wellbeing problems?

This is an exciting new opportunity to apply for a post within our friendly, supportive and award winning team in North East Lincolnshire, rated outstanding by the CQC.

As part of our team you will support safe and effective treatment for children & young people who suffer a range of emotional wellbeing and common mental health problems. You will also be part of our Getting advice team who triage referrals and offer advice and guidance to young people, parents/carers and professionals. You will play a key role in supporting clinical staff monitoring physical health.

Young Minds Matter consists of an integrated CAMHS core Team, a Crisis and Home Treatment Team, LD team, LAC Team and an ADHD assessment team.

The service is commissioned through Lincolnshire Partnership NHS trust who provide services relating to mental health and learning disabilities across Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.

We offer 24 hour services within our Inpatient, Crisis and SPA teams, if you are successfully appointed to posts in these areas or others that might have specified, you will be required to work unsociable hours and shift patterns.

Preference will be given to NHS colleagues who are currently 'at risk' and meet the minimum criteria of the Job Description & Person Specification.
