About the apprenticeship

Duties

• To work alongside the head chef with all kitchen duties
• Aiding with menu preparation
• Ensuring food quality and freshness
• Monitoring and ordering food
• Stock rotation and maintain food safety
• Provides guidance to junior chefs other work colleagues
