Vacancy description

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

• Telephone work including making and receiving calls to and from clients and candidates
• Sending emails using Microsoft Office Outlook
• General database work using our company’s database Hello Talent
• Supporting consultant(s) in any ad-hoc work that needs to be undertaken
• Post vacancy adverts on the various job boards

Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer apprenticeship standard, which includes:

• Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
• End-Point Assessment (EPA)
• In-house training to be provided by the employer
