Glass Assist are one of the UK’s leading Windscreen Replacement & Repair Services. We now have an opportunity for someone to join us.
- Receiving and processing customer enquiries
- Liaising with technicians
- Taking notes
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone and email
- Processing bookings
- Providing all round administrative help
Training to be provided
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills, if required
- In house training to be provided by the employer
- Good IT skills with ability to learn new systems
- Excellent customer service
- Professional telephone manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Team player
GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English are desirable, however not essential.
