This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well- established traditionally run business on the outskirts of Telford. Working in a small and friendly office team you will support and work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager. The company will give you autonomy in the role and new ideas will always be welcomed.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
Social Media Management
Creation of a yearly action plan, setting up specific campaigns across the three brands
Creating content for social media posts across the three brands on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter
Management of social media advertising to a set budget
Content Creation
Creation of yearly content calendar to influence blogs, newsletters and campaigns
Monthly newsletter to customers through Mailchimp
Copy creation for new products and up keeping copy on existing products
Weekly blogs
Networking & Collaboration with Companies and Influencers
Contacting other companies and following relevant celebrities and influencers to boost the three brands profiles
Creating and maintaining a relationship with venues to promote us as a preferred supplier
Contacting and replying to third party photoshoot enquiries, arranging stock and following up for use of photographs
Management and organisation of Spring and Autumn shows
Booking the shows and completing all required paperwork
Organising required stock, transportation, accommodation and staff requirements
Attending shows
Keeping on track with current trends with the aim of creating new products
Creation of an annual Marketing Report on each of the above areas
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this opportunity you must have previous marketing experience including digital marketing experience or be a recent Marketing Graduate
Your strengths will be in social media management, content creation and copy writing
You will ideally have experience of B2C marketing
You will be able to work with a number of product brands and be understand the different markets for each.
You will be working in a small team and must be able to work from your own initiative.
You will be self-motivated and creative but also able to work collaboratively with the Marketing Director and take direction when required.
Due to the company location you will require your own transport as the site is not accessible by public transport.
During peak periods there might be some flexibility required around working hours to ensure deadlines are still being met.
