With the success of the Apprenticeship Academy in 2019, this post provides the successful applicant the opportunity to work within a dynamic team. The post holder will manage their own workload effectively to undertake all relevant duties to identify and develop the Apprenticeship Academy within the Health Board, providing full administrative support.

This role involves assisting with the planning of a full range of Apprenticeship Academy projects including liaise with local collages, training providers and Careers Wales with regards to annual events. Reporting to the Apprenticeship Academy Coordinator the post holder will act as a point of contact for enquiries regarding the Apprenticeship Academy, maintain effective databases and build effective relationships with external/internal bodies .

This scope of this role is diverse, including support the Apprenticeship Academy Coordinator, in advising apprentices on health and well-being issues, managing room bookings and helping manage and assist with the Apprenticeship Academy email system and website.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
