We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and experienced Manager to join us in providing leadership to our Scheduled Directorate in the Clinical Support Services Directorate.
Working alongside the Clinical Director and Associate Director of Nursing you will be responsible for the running of the Clinical Support Services Directorate as Bury Care Organisation continues a journey of transformation and development. This will including leading the delivery of all performance standards, a detailed improvement programme overseen by the Divisional Management teams.
You must have a genuine desire to improve patient experience through safe, timely access to care and have an in depth understanding and experience of operational management and delivery, all associated standards and performance indicators risk management, clinical safety and the challenges facing the NHS.
You will have an understanding of the strategic direction of Greater Manchester and Bury Care Organisation that will enable you to understand the complexities and opportunities that will impact the directorate in the short and long term future.
