MAIN TASKS OF THE JOB
The apprentice Digital Communications Officer will be working within a team towards the completion of the main tasks in lettings and estate agency where the main duties and responsibilities are towards communication, marketing and lead generation.

Respond to customer reviews
Execute digital marketing campaigns
Create and post shareable videos and images
Cultivate leads for sales and marketing
Maintain the content of digital media platforms
Prepare written property details, floorplans and photographs
Manage property marketing portals
Utilise our website to positively effect the SEO
Write and post blogs
Prepare and distribute digital newsletters
Maintain communication with vendors
Prepare and manage direct marketing communication
Manage and maintain customer enquiry platforms
Prepare local market comparable reports
Create website content and promotional materials
Manage email marketing

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Working towards the position of a Digital Communications Officer, apply on the job training and support leading to the supervised completion of the main tasks of the position.
RELATIONSHIPS
Working within a team of negotiators, administrators, a mortgage advisor and bookkeeper, the successful candidate will be responsible to the Sales Manager. They will be required to communicate effectively with our landlords and tenants, vendors and buyers and liaise with the franchise office marketing team and our suppliers.
