About the apprenticeship

Duties

processing sales orders
issuing order confirmations
producing delivery notes
sales invoicing
taking telephone calls and accurate messages for the relevant person/department
checking daily production.

Additional information

As a “hands on” Business Administration Apprentice, you will work closely with all functions of the business.
Your role will centre around supporting Operations, Technical Sales, Production and Accounts.

Skills

A dynamic personality with a proactive mindset with a “Can Do” attitude.

Good communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organisational skills and able to use Microsoft excel and word proficiently.

Candidates must be enthusiastic and reliable

Qualifications

Numeracy and Literacy qualifications grade A - D.

A Chemistry Qualification would be desirable.
