Responsibilities and duties include:
- Working with customers to maintain a professional and positive image at all times
- Diary management
- Use a telephone system for incoming and outgoing calls and taking accurate messages
- IT - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook are essential
- Accurate emails
- Providing support for general admin duties
- Compiling and checking documents
- Filing and maintaining internal documents
- Store and retrieve information
- Scanning documents
- Typing duties
- Joining staff on property viewings
- Any other duties required
