We have an exciting opportunity for a CRE Loan Support Manager (Entry/Graduate Level). This role will be based at our London office with some home working. Due to the current Pandemic this will be initially home based only.

Bergen is the UK's CRE (Commercial Real Estate) team in Arrow Global Ltd managing a diverse portfolio of commercial loan accounts on an individual basis and servicing a growing portfolio of residential rental assets in the UK. Whilst there are procedures which must be followed with a high degree of accuracy, due to our customer-centric nature this is a dynamic, non-process driven environment. Bergen is a small, collaborative team where trust and the ability to 'think outside the box' is essential. No two days or loans are the same and as such a creative and flexible approach to work is required.

The role would be ideal for a recent graduate with a keen interest in real estate and/or finance. Initially the role will encompass supporting the team in payment-related administrative tasks, reporting and aspects of property management. However, keen-to-learn individuals will quickly undergo the necessary training to begin managing a number of CRE loans themselves, offering excellent development opportunities from the get-go.

What will you be doing?

Overall responsibility for all Loan Account Management Reports

Ownership of Loan Management System (data entry and systems management)

Reporting

Daily income tracking and reconciliation to bank report

Monthly report preparation (data entry and production)

Assist with the servicing of the residential asset rental portfolio

Loan account management of a number of CRE loans in the existing portfolio and any future portfolios (detailed training and development will be provided)

Financial / Borrower analysis - provision of financial, property and borrower analysis for decision making purposes

Liaison with third parties - lawyers, bailiffs, auctioneers and other agents etc.

Assist with new deal Due Diligence (road trips, assimilating presentations etc.)
