Greenbrook Healthcare, a subsidiary of Totally plc is currently looking to appoint two Receptionists based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital on a permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week.

The main duties of the position include:
  • Greeting and registering patients on computer system
  • Following all of the set reception administration processes
  • Working with the lead administrator on other ad hoc tasks
  • Dealing efficiently and promptly with patient and relative enquiries


Essential requirements for the post are as follows:-
  • Educated to NVQ L2 or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including word, excel and outlook
  • Previous administration experience in medical urgent care setting or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer/patient environment
  • Strong computer skills
