As a receptionist/administrator within Virgin Care, you'll join a team who are focused on delivering impeccable customer service to our service users to really make our service users and staff feel the difference.

Your days will be busy and rewarding and includethe provision of good customer care to our service users and support to Urgent Care services. You will both provide and receive information over the phone, face to face, in writing or electronically and you will ensure the information is passed on or recorded in a safe, accurate and timely manner. A truly rewarding role primarily within our Urgent Treatment Centre, Ormskirk and Walk In Centre, Skelmersdale. As part of the administration/Reception team, you work on a shift rota basis and we are looking for flexibility as due to the nature of our services we operate 365 days a year.

You will haveand need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with a range of challengingsituations - always demonstrating a sensitive and diplomatic approach.
