Join us as a Patient Care Advisor at our Referral Management Centre in King's Hill

Competitive Salary, Permanent contract

40 hours per week working Monday to Friday

In this varied Patient Care Advisor role you will have to demonstrate your highest level of patient care as well as a flair for handling high call volumes, dealing with complex cases, sensitive information and interacting with patients to direct their care. As well as providing a broad range of administrative functions operating patient booking systems.

For this position you should hold a: hawkeyed level to detail, have firm grasp of concentration, be calm, concise and in control, in order to carry out and complete tasks set. Prior experience of call management & entering data into a number of systems would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate is required to be computer literate, well organised, reliable, have a confident and friendly telephone manner with an ability to cope under pressure.
