Our Client is looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.

VA is the initials of Company Director Venessa Afonja who established the company in 2007. VA was born out of love and passion for people and property. Today VA is a team of professional property people who do things differently by placing importance on the “every” day things that seem small but matter a great deal.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls from customers
  • Making telephone calls to customers and progress customers enquiries associated with Property services
  • Helping customers with their enquiries using companies bespoke software
  • Maintaining displays and marketing materials for properties
  • Overseeing the company social media accounts
  • Actively marketing online via LinkedIn and social media campaigns
  • Organising market appraisals of properties
  • Matching and promote properties to individuals
  • Organising viewing of property
  • Booking Valuations
  • Progressing applications to rent properties

Support and Training will be provided throughout.

Your weekly working hours will be a routine 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm. The weekly wage will be set at £200, to start.

Desired qualifications
