Registrations:
  • To support the Lead Compliance Officer with the pre-screening and organisation all registration appointments on behalf of the Registered Manager, ensuring that application packs are received & completed and appointment is confirmed
  • To validate candidates application packs and verify documents upon initial registration and ensure that any missing information is obtained and then validated
  • To support the Lead Compliance Officer to ensure that all new candidates registrations are given the relevant tools to allow for commence of work once complaint including; ID Badges and Timesheets
  • Ensure that Redspot Care Limited is promoted to attract and obtain further candidate referrals from new workers

Compliance:
  • To actively commence the compliance process for new candidates within the same day of their registration, ensuring for a prompt turnaround time from registration to placement
  • Ensure that all original documentation and Identification is validated and verified at point of registration
  • Ensure that all documentation and/or correspondence received is accurately logged and filed within the relevant file and/or electronic filing system
  • Actively send, chase, obtain and validate all references required
  • Where required, to conduct Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Checks on new members of staff
  • To ensure that all candidate information is accurately logged onto Pulse
  • To ensure that 'flag ups' are set for all candidates to allow for the annual update/renewal of any required document/registration/procedure/training
  • To liaise with the Lead Compliance Officer on a weekly basis to ensure that any monies owed to Redspot Care Limited by candidates for CRB's, Occupational Health Checks and/or Training are collected from the candidate upon immediate commencement of work

Training:
  • To support the Lead Compliance Officer with the organisation of in house training for candidates
  • To support, where required, the management of in-house training days
  • Ensure all completed training certificates are obtained, system updated, new flag up set for next training and then filed in appropriate file

Administration:
  • Complete weekly figures to feed back to the Group Manager
  • To ensure that all correspondence both candidate and client is actioned and then filed in the appropriate place by ensuring use of the electronic filing system

General:
  • To work in partnership with colleagues to ensure the maximum opportunity to generate revenue is achieved
  • To use a proactive, positive and energetic attitude in representing Redspot Care Limited and ensure that all parties contacted via telephone or in person is done so in a professional and courteous manner
  • Apply in full, Redspot Care Limited's policies and procedures for the success of the business
  • Prioritize work load and self manage to ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times
  • To have a sound understanding of compliance requirements within all Redspot Care client contracts
  • Participate in any in-house training provided by the organisation and be proactive to ensure that training in then implemented into the day to day management of the business
  • To be able to assist other members of the team with workloads in times of sickness, annual leave or absence or as so directed by the management team
