This is a lovely job with one of my favourite clients and a pivotal role within their business.

A market leading provider of Apprenticeships and Training within the Education arena my client is looking for a level headed , calm and objective person to work within their Learner Support team.

When a learner starts one of their courses they are making a long term commitment to enrich their life through supported learning/training ( an Apprenticeship) .

Life ,as we know ,can have its challenges with its ups an downs and people need support , or just somebody to talk to.

You will be making calls to learners. Check they are happy with their training/course, establish if they are struggling , need extra support , have challenges or just questions.
You will need to be empathetic whilst remaining objective.

Analyse a situation and communicate that to the Trainer or Training Manager within the company so a solution, extra support or changes can be made that benefit both the learner and the company.
Working from home with a great team you will not be isolated.
