Croydon Directorate is actively looking to recruit highly competent Clinical Support Workers to join our male and female acute wards at the Bethlem Royal Hospital
The post holder will be supported under the national Apprenticeships Scheme to complete a 12 month development programme on the job; in line with the Apprenticeships Standards (2017). The Care Certificate forms part of the training and covers most of the required mandatory training within the Trust.
Post holders with a 'Care Certificate' issued by the former employer will be expected to submit their certificate and portfolio of evidence, to the Education and Development Department for verification and further guidance on how to proceed once commencing the Apprenticeship Programme
The programme will also involve off ward training to ensure clinical support workers have the time to develop and consolidate their learning.
