Year 1:
- Training at Worcester Training Group Training Association recently awarded "outstanding" by OFSTED
Years 2/3/4 - experience of the full range of AMADA engineering activities:
- Refurbishment of pre-owned machines
- Maintenance and Service
- Machine Sales
- Consultancy and Software demonstrations to customers
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
The successful candidates will be able to prove:
- Good communication andteamwork skills
- Engineering/ Hands on, practical aptitude - either through work experience and/or hobbies/activities
Personal qualities
- Positive attitude, motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter
- Strong work ethic and flexible attitude
- Smart and professional presentation
- Enthusiasm and self- motivation
Desired qualifications
- Evidence of prior engineering study would be an advantage but not essential
- Good Mathematical and English qualifications - minimum C/4 at GCSE or equivalents
Future prospects
