Duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all queries and questions from NCH and triage with the right teams internally
  • Developing a consolidated project plan which outlines the key responsibilities and tasks required of Multiverse and NCH within the scope of the partnership
  • Supporting with the preparation, verification and GDPR compliant sharing/storing of data with NCH. This includes but is not limited to: annual course and programme evaluation reports, apprentice approval documentation
  • Overseeing the back end administration and contract renewal process for degree apprenticeship specific tools such as our online library (Perlego) and marking system (Turnitin)
  • Scheduling and estimating timelines and budget for the development of any specific marketing, training or application materials
  • Actively monitoring progress against tasks and escalating any risks
  • Leading a cross functional stakeholder group (delivery coaches, go to market, customer success and admissions)
  • Working with the Director of Advanced Programmes and Director of Apprenticeships at NCH to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of processes and systems

Personal qualities

  • Logical approach to problem solving: ability to identify where changes to timescales or decisions will have knock on effects
  • Managing stakeholders: ability to communicate decisions effectively with stakeholders and knowing when to pass up to senior team members


Desired qualifications

  • Five GCSE grades A*- C (9-4) or equivalent, including English and maths
  • Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)
  • Six months' admin experience


Future prospects

  • After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field
