What will the apprentice be doing?
The candidate will work to assist in the delivery of the full
communications and marketing mix - including quarterly
reports, design of publications, website content management,
social media, conferences and meetings, press releases and
media engagement. Duties would include:
• Creating, editing and scheduling engaging content for
our quarterly reports and across our various media
external and internal channels
• Maintaining a website, intranet and social media
content calendar
• Maintaining and planning a conference calendar
• Engaging with teams across the business to produce
content that is relevant to our intranet. Monitoring online content posted by others and
flagging where necessary to the Communications
Manager
• Identifying opportunities to expand our audiences
• Assisting with any other marketing and
communications tasks
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training will be on-the-job, combined with skills and knowledge-based workshops, e-learning and personal development coaching
The apprentice will gain a L4 Public Relations and Communications apprenticeship qualification. There will be an independently assessed End Point Assessment by the Aim awarding organisation in the last three months of the apprenticeship programme.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Equitix has experienced significant growth since inception and
this continues as the firm expands its reach into Europe and
internationally. The right candidate will be offered the
opportunity to develop personally and professionally
