Here at ABLE Staffing, we are a specialist recruitment agency working within the Early Years, Education, and Healthcare industries. Established in 2014 Able Staffing started solely focusing on permanent recruitment for Early Years. Over the years we have built great relationships and decided to open a temporary division to supply to our existing clients. In 2018 Able Staffing then ventured into Healthcare and Education, although we may be new to these fields our consultants are not! In each individual team, there is over 10 year’s recruitment experience! We use the experience and knowledge of our staff to target these industries to ensure we can offer exceptional service in areas that we have first-hand expertise with.
Some of your duties will include…
- Invoicing clients
- Dealing with payroll and any subsequent queries
- Basic credit control such as emailing reminders of invoices due for payment etc
- Some candidate compliance including chasing documents and references, applying for DBS's, providing training links etc
- Providing administrative support to management team

- Excellent attention for detail
- Ability to multitask
A-C / 7-4 in maths and English (or the equivalent) are desirable, however not essential.
