Our service offering includes search & selection, executive search, some contingency and psychometric profiling. We build complete teams by recruiting Executive Board Appointments, Sales & Marketing, Project & Contracts, Supply Chain and Technical & Operations.

The purpose of the role is to provide business administration support, recruitment resource support and data management to all areas of the business, including the following: Applicant tracking system, Client tracking system / CRM, data logging & cleansing, taking and diverting inbound calls, filing and document management.

Responsibilities:

* Candidate resourcing

* Job advertising

* CV formatting

* GDPR Compliance

* Meeting and greeting visitors to the company

* Answering incoming phone calls and diverting accordingly

* Document and presentation production

* Producing reports for the management team

* Filing and data management

Requirements:

* Number 1. Attitude; a proactive, 'want to learn' attitude will be required at all times. (We have over 100 years of recruitment experience amongst our team, ask lots of questions!)

* Communication; We are looking for an individual who has outstanding verbal and written communication skills, this is a key requirement for the role.

* Confidence; not afraid to take incoming calls from CEO's and Managing Directors of companies

* Proactive; you should be able to take instruction well and complete a task driven role whilst being proactive during downtime

* IT; we require this person to be well versed in Microsoft Software packages, namely; Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, any experience with a CRM systems would be advantageous.

* Location; Be able to travel to and from the company's office in Newton-Le-Willows each day
