Position: Graduate Customer Experience Associate

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: GBP28,000 to GBP35,000 + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance)

The Company: Our Client, an innovative dynamic passionate Company that manufactures minimal invasive next-generation robotic-assisted medical devices that are at the forefront of how surgical procedures are carried out. An award-winning company that plans to significantly disrupt the way surgery is performed for the benefit of millions of patients all around the world.

Due to sustained continued expansion they now require a capable communicator who will be responsible for managing the Customer Success Survey programme, providing business reporting and root cause analysis to drive cross functional improvement projects. Using direct customer feedback and developing metrics to continually evaluate and improve our customers' experience which will allow my Client to drive service excellence and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Monitor and build Customer Success metrics and contributing customer insights to support process improvements and customer support.

* Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers.

* Undertake customer satisfaction surveys using the Net Promoter System (NPS), monitoring customer responses and taking appropriate responsive action you will help develop ongoing customer relationships.

* You will be helping my client to continually improve and deliver a best-in-class customer success experience

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

* Degree qualifed within Business management, biomedical sciences or equivalent experience would be beneficial

* Has the experience of handling information in databases and carrying out analysis to drive improvement programmes.

* Competent user of Microsoft packages

You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between GBP28,000 to GBP35,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
