NCS (National Citizens' Service) is the government's biggest personal and social development programme for young people. It invites all 16-17 year olds to be the best they can be, whatever their background and ambition. NCS provides them with the opportunity to develop the tools, skills and belief to unlock their potential and make their mark in their communities.

The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with drive, ideas and passion to contribute to the continued development and recruitment to this successful and established programme.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual to play a key role in recruiting students to the programme as well as working closely with the schools liaison team.

We are looking for someone with:

  • The relevant skills and an interest in recruiting and preparing students for the world of work and enhancing their enterprise skills not only during, but also beyond college. 
  • Skills to provide support to staff to lead students through a summer and autumn programme and get the most out of the NCS programme.
  • A high level of professionalism and passion in order to develop opportunities for young people and help to enhance both their personal skills and employability skills.
