Duties will include:
  • Learning the role of an event & demand generation professional with the view to own small event projects independently
  • Participate in meetings both at UKI and global/international level
  • Working across multiple teams that deliver world-class brand experiences that represent Salesforce's core values and messaging
  • Learning how to use Salesforce applications
  • Maintaining key documents (spreadsheets/slides) for the Brand Experiences and Audience Engagement team
  • Help developing new hybrid event formats & strategies
  • Event project support for key strategic (Salesforce-led) events, with the view of ultimately owning specific work streams in the overall projects, both for virtual & in-person/hybrid formats
  • Supporting the events team to develop Salesforce's representation at 3rd party events (virtual/in-person)
  • Research & development of new digital channels & strategies to generate a new audience for events
  • Create dashboards to track registrations and sales revenue
  • Updating and uploading emails on the marketing automation tools

Desired qualifications

  • Five GCSE grades A*-C/9-4or equivalent, including English and maths
  • Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)
  • Six months' admin experience


Future prospects

After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field.
